Working Principle Of Special Separator

Sep 13, 2025 Leave a message

The working principle of a specialized separator is primarily based on centrifugal force and the differences in the physical properties of the materials to achieve solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. The core process can be divided into three stages:

First, the materials to be separated enter the rotating chamber of the separator through the feed inlet.

Second, the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation causes denser solid particles to deposit at the edge of the chamber, while less dense liquids are discharged through the screen or overflow outlet.

Finally, the solids and liquids of the specialized separator are output through different discharge outlets, completing the separation process.
