The PGZ Vertical Automatic Bottom Discharge Centrifuge is a fully automatic vertical machine developed by Jiangsu Shengli Centrifuge Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for separating highly viscous, fine-grained, toxic, and flammable or explosive materials. Its vertical flat-plate design integrates feeding, primary filtration, washing, fine filtration (dewatering), and discharge in one PLC-controlled cycle. A pneumatic or hydraulic scraper system removes the cake through the bottom opening of the bowl. [Working Principle & Standard Manufacturing Form]
The standard machine features a flip cover, feed pipe, washing pipe, sight glass, exhaust port, and lighting hole in a fully enclosed structure. The bowl, casing, and small flip cover are made of stainless steel (SUS304); cast parts such as the machine base are clad in stainless steel; and the inner and outer surfaces of the bowl and casing plus all exposed parts are polished. All fasteners on the cover and casing are stainless steel. Control is by PLC with electromechanical level control; drive and braking use a standard (or explosion-proof) motor + frequency converter + regenerative braking; scraper motion is driven by pneumatic or hydraulic systems. The foundation-free design (counterweight + imported high-precision liquid-damper vibration isolators) allows installation directly on floors without a dedicated foundation.
